I am grateful to have come across this bundle and website.
I find the day dose really compliments me when I am present with it. The same works for rest. I enjoy taking it in bed, in a relaxed state. I find it amplifies this feeling and helps me sleep better. These are also good when I need a bit of calm. My sis was taking the day one at night and it was helping her sleep. Great products.

1. I have noticed that I fall asleep more easily with the night one. I also stay asleep, which was a problem I had. However, if I have alcohol before bed, it is less effective.
2. The daily one seems to help me get more control of my anxiety.
3. I am also going through perimenopause.
4. I always recommend reading up on CBD oil.

I've been using CBD for a while and am obsessed with this set; just bought my second batch. I use a full ml of Balance in the AM and a full ml of Rest in the PM. The set lasts me almost 6 weeks, making it a great deal too. Pain from inflammatory arthritis has decreased enough to let me cut my painkillers in half. My skin looks amazing from the extra broad spectrum compounds, and I feel much less night-time anxiety. I use sublingually, letting the oil chill under my tongue for at least 30 seconds before swishing around in my mouth. The potent Rest blend takes an edge off within about 20 minutes. Thanks BGJ!
